This is the ultimate therapeutic service we offer. We take your history and measurements and chart your body as we see it before we begin your bodywork. Then we track the positive changes we make in your posture, range of motion and height as proof of the progress you are making. This therapy requires the highest level of training and skills to effectively and efficiently remove pain and tension while we balance your body for optimal health and movement. This is truly cutting edge therapy and we (Ray and Ms Timmy) continue our education every year so that we can offer this help to you!

Our staff members are professional, courteous, efficient and graduates of state licensed massage therapy schools. We have a receptionist available to take your call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We provide a variety of services including:
Relaxation massage therapy uses a variety of techniques designed to lower stress-response chemical in the tissues, to restore good circulation, reduce muscle spasms and restore restricted lymph flow. You will be resting on soft organically grown cotton sheets. You will be listening to soft relaxing music. You just might fall asleep!

Medical/ Clinical Massage Therapy refers to a style of approach to pain reduction or elimination and function enhancement using many modalities including: joint-physics, trigger-point therapy, soft tissue manipulation and the use of great oils and liniment. Some measuring and charting is done, to the requirements of the client involved. An exceptional value.
$75/Hour
This is a"dry sauna." This means that there is not a breathing problem often associated with a "wet" sauna. The dry sauna only heats the tissue of your body...not the air in the sauna seating area. The infrared heating element is like that used in hospitals' premature baby-care areas...it's very safe and good for you. You sweat out toxins through your skin. Your muscles get softer and ready to receive massage therapy.
